Bioethicist: Emergency Use Authorization Vaccine Mandate ‘Crossing Lines’

This week, the Department of Justice said in an opinion that emergency use authorization vaccines can be mandated by public or private entities. But bioethicist Dr. Robert Malone—who invented mRNA vaccine technology—says the legality of the issue isn’t settled and expects it will end up in the Supreme Court.
