China is zeroing in on modernizing its military. Beijing announced Friday it’s establishing a new military arm, named the PLA Information Support Force.
Chinese military blogger Joe Zhou weighed in, stating, “In fact, these large-scale cyber attacks from China have been occurring continuously and are funded by Chinese authorities.”
