NTD Architecture is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Salinas-based HBFL Architects. HBFL’s strong local presence and award-winning resume will enhance NTD’s overall practice and will help to support the firm’s commitment to providing clients in the central coast region with the highest level of service.
“We are delighted to be joining together with such a talented team of professionals,” says Godwin Osifeso, AIA, LEED AP, Partner at NTD Architecture. “Our number one priority is always our valued clients and we are confident that the shared ideals of NTD and HBFL will allow us to continue to successfully serve our local community. We look forward to what the future holds.”
Thomas Lukes, AIA, and Richard Fedelem of HBFL will join NTD’s Godwin Osifeso, Chris Vicencio and Regina Bills-Dacong in the leadership of the Salinas practice, which will be based out of HBFL’s existing office at 380 Main Street in Oldtown Salinas. The office will staff a combined total of eleven professionals, including Roland Goodman and Paul Whitehill, who will ensure continuity of service during the transition. Clients of the Salinas office will benefit from the intimate service of a local practice backed by the resources of the firm’s extended staff throughout California and Arizona.
NTD Architecture has an established presence in the central coast and a strong portfolio in education and healthcare facilities. With the addition, NTD can now offer clients expertise in civic design. Also provided by the firm are education funding services that are designed to help clients maximize their funding opportunities and navigate the approval processes of the various state agencies. Directed by Julie Zimmerman, this complimentary service sets NTD apart from other firms by continually allowing clients to achieve more than their initial budgets allow.
