Arizona has indicted 18 people, including several prominent associates of former President Donald Trump, over the naming of alternate electors in the 2020 presidential election. Mike Columbo, an attorney for one of the alternate electors, says the timing of the indictment is “extremely suspicious” and that “highly unusual” practices in this case fuel concerns of partisanship.
