Former President Donald Trump questioned the merits of the charges laid against him in the so-called hush money criminal trial when he spoke to reporters on Monday at a New York City court house.
Calling the trial “very unfair,” the presumptive Republican candidate for the Oval Office says he believes the motivation to have him attend a criminal trial in court was to keep him off the campaign trail. “I should be allowed to campaign,” he said.
