As border security takes center stage in the debate over the United States funding to Israel and Ukraine sources at Customs and Border Protection told Fox News the agency recently encountered a record 12,000 illegal immigrants in a single day.
The House passed HR2—the Secure the Border Act—in May, but the Senate hasn’t yet moved on the measure.
