Starting from Jan. 8, virus-hit China will no longer enforce border controls, with its 1.4 billion people ready to usher in a long-awaited return to international travel. But travel curbs are racking up worldwide ahead of the reopening, and at least 18 countries have introduced restrictions on arriving Chinese travelers.
