The indictment names 21-year-olds Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint. Each of them faces two counts of rape and one of kidnapping.
The indictment says a woman came over to their Columbus apartment and watched a movie with them on Feb. 4.
Then, prosecutors say the former Ohio State football players restrained and assaulted her.
They could face 33 years in prison.
They’re scheduled for an arraignment on March 6th.
