Prosecutors are offering a plea deal to two teenagers charged with the murder of an Uber Eats driver, 66-year-old Mohammad Anwar.
Lawyers said Tuesday they’re negotiating a plea bargain in the case of a 13 and 15-year-old girl charged with felony murder and armed carjacking in Washington.
Both girls are being prosecuted as juveniles—even though Washington law allows 15-year-olds who commit the most serious crimes to be tried as adults.
