President Joe Biden’s approval rating is 21 points below his average among black people and 15 points below his average among Hispanics, according to a new ABC Ipsos poll.
That poll also shows while 65 percent of black people aged 50 years and older approve of Mr. Biden, that approval drops sharply to 32 percent among those younger than 50 years old.
