A second batch of filings showing the unredacted names of people connected to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was released on Thursday.

The second batch of more than 300 pages of exhibits mentions already-known figures in the saga, including Prince Andrew and renowned lawyer Alan Dershowitz.

Alleged Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre tried to subpoena Prince Andrew and his travel records, according to newly unsealed court records that also reveal former President Bill Clinton allegedly threatened Vanity Fair not to publish “sex trafficking articles” about Mr. Epstein.

A second batch of newly unsealed filings released on Thursday reveals that Ms. Giuffre and her legal team sought to subpoena Prince Andrew, his travel records from 1999 to 2002, and the custodian of his travel records as they prepared for trial in 2015.

The document listed Buckingham Palace as the address for the then-working royal’s subpoena.

In a 24-page document filed under seal, Prince Andrew was listed as a witness who “has knowledge” of Mr. Epstein’s and Ghislaine Maxwell’s “sexual trafficking conduct and interaction with underage minors.”

This was distinct from those on the long list of names, mostly of figures who have previously appeared in reporting on the matter, who “may have” knowledge.

Prince Andrew settled a lawsuit with Ms. Giuffre in 2019 after she alleged that Mr. Epstein arranged for the prince to sexually abuse her when she was 17. Prince Andrew has denied all claims of wrongdoing and, according to his spokesperson, has expressed regret for “his association with Epstein.”

Witness List

The witness list released Wednesday includes other notable and familiar figures in the saga, such as President Clinton, former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, billionaire investor Glenn Dubin and his wife, and celebrity chef Alan Perry Lang.

A number of Mr. Epstein’s house staff also appear on the list.

At least seven names on the witness list remain redacted. One of these names was “present on flights” with Mr. Epstein, Ms. Maxwell, and Ms. Giuffre. Another worked for Ms. Maxwell and was said to have knowledge of her “recruitment of girls” for Mr. Epstein.

The release of a further 19 court filings comes a day after some 40 records were unsealed on Wednesday, as ordered by Judge Loretta Preska last month.

The court filings, which are being unsealed in batches on a rolling basis, disclose the previously redacted names of people connected to the disgraced financier as part of a 2015 lawsuit by alleged victim Ms. Giuffre against Ms. Maxwell.

It also includes a trove of emails from Ms. Giuffre and more, such as between lawyers conferring over the scheduling of depositions for doctors who treated Ms. Giuffre for unspecified conditions, including in a hospital emergency room, relevant to the subject matter of the cases.

Clinton Allegedly Threatened Vanity Fair

Lawyers for Ms. Maxwell sought to block journalist Sharon Churcher, who first publicized the now-infamous photo of Ms. Giuffre with Prince Andrew, from quashing a subpoena request, according to a now-unredacted filing.

In a May 30, 2011, email to Ms. Churcher, Ms. Giuffre expressed concern about working with Vanity Fair on an article given that President Clinton allegedly “walked into VF and threatened them not to write sex-trafficing (sic) articles about his good friend J.E.”

Ms. Churcher replied that it would be a “gamble” for Ms. Giuffre to provide Vanity Fair with a statement in which she would claim that Mr. Epstein trafficked her to Prince Andrew, other men, as well as “two of the world’s most respected politicians.”

The names of the two politicians in the email remain redacted.

The Epoch Times contacted Vanity Fair’s parent company Condé Nast for comment.

During a deposition, alleged victim Johanna Sjoberg said that Mr. Epstein once told her that “’Clinton likes them young,” referring to girls.

In 2019, a spokesperson for President Clinton confirmed that he had flown in Mr. Epstein’s private plane but that he knew nothing about the sex offender’s “terrible crimes.” The Clinton Foundation did not respond to a request for comment.

Sharon Churcher

The motion by Ms. Maxwell’s lawyers also claimed that Ms. Churcher helped Ms. Giuffre “concoct” allegations against Prince Andrew and Mr. Dershowitz.

Ms. Churcher emailed Ms. Giuffre on March 20, 2011, explaining how she could corroborate a story to tell the FBI that Ms. Giuffre was “given to” Prince Andrew.

The document also reveals that sometime between 2011 and 2015, Ms. Churcher suggested Ms. Giuffre “handwrite a diary describing her alleged sexual encounters with Prince Andrew.”

Ms. Maxwell’s lawyers claimed that this diary was “completely fabricated” and alleged that Ms. Churcher “was directly involved in inventing this story during the course of creating stories for a book.”

The motion likewise claimed that Ms. Churcher “prompted” Ms. Giuffre to fabricate stories about Mr. Dershowitz, whom she said Mr. Epstein trafficked her to as a teen. Both parties later dropped their lawsuits against each other, with Ms. Giuffre saying she was “mistaken” and neither party seeking money.

The motion also cited an email from Ms. Giuffre to Ms. Churcher dated May 10, 2011, discussing an interview they did about Mr. Epstein sending her to “pedo’s.”

“Just wondering if you have any information on you from when you and I were doing interviews about the J.E. story. I wanted to put the names of these [expletive], oops I meant to say, pedo’s, that J.E. sent me to,” Ms. Giuffre wrote in her email.

“Don’t forget Alan Dershowitz,” Ms. Churcher replied the next day. “JE’ s buddy and lawyer -good name for your pitch … We all suspect Alan is a pedo and tho [sic] no proof of that, you probably met him when he was hanging put w JE.”

The exhibit also notes that Mr. Epstein’s flight logs were in Ms. Churcher’s “sole possession” and that “Bill Clinton is referenced in the flight logs.”

The Epoch Times contacted Ms. Churcher for comment.
