3 Indicted for Sending Military Tech to China and Selling Chinese Items to Pentagon

Three more people charged in federal court for allegedly selling U.S. military secrets to China, and bringing Chinese goods into the U.S. defense supply chain.

The Justice Department said in a statement that Phil Pascoe, Monica Pascoe, and Scott Tubbs used their company, Quadrant, to conduct an illegal scheme.
