The Nevada Republican Party announced on Dec. 12 that it found evidence of more than 3,900 non-citizens voting in the 2020 Nevada election.

Jesse Kamzol is an expert associated with the Republican Party in an election-related lawsuit. In a sworn affidavit filed with a Nevada court, he explains that he matched non-citizen records from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) with the state’s registered voter list. He found that more than 6,000 non-citizens are registered to vote, and almost 4,000 had already voted in this year’s general election.

The Nevada GOP subpoenaed the Nevada DMV earlier this month. In Nevada, legal aliens such as green card holders and illegal aliens can obtain driver’s licenses and ID cards. More than 110,000 non-citizens hold driver’s licenses, according to the DMV file provided to the GOP.

Nevada also mandates that the DMV automatically register all voters who apply for driver’s licenses, according to a 2019 law.
