A Classic Detox Soup: Tomato, Capsicum, and Fennel | Eat Better

It’s estimated that we unknowingly consume almost 4 liters (4 quarts) of pesticides each year. Not only that, but we take in over 10 pounds of food additives! Not to mention the water we drink, the air we breathe, and all the toxic cleaning products.

Detoxing is not a fad, it’s a necessity. It’s a healthy and sensible way to rid yourself of the many toxins we collect just by living in the world today. So, in trying times like this, we need to reach for some hero detox foods.
