A man gained popularity after a video of him singing at Walt Disney World went viral on social media.

Justin Gigliello took his daughter, Lyla, to Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort and was visiting the Disney hotel for lunch. While there, Gigliello’s daughter spotted a pianist and asked whether it was okay if her father sang along while the pianist played.

“The pianist was playing, and we danced to a couple of songs and then when a song ended, she went up to the pianist and said I play and sing,” Gigliello told KFOX 14, “The pianist asked what song I like, and she said, ‘Ave Maria,’ and then it just happened!”

Gigliello said he told his daughter that his parents would take him to the location to listen to the band and pianist perform, and after hearing of her father’s adventures when he was little, she asked him if he could take her to Disney World, too.

Gigliello posted the video on his social media: “Hi all, I just wanted to share this video for a Disney experience! We just went to Disney World last week and my daughter asked the pianist at the Grand Floridian if I could sing while he played. This is me singing Ave Maria at Grand Floridian. I hope you enjoy!”

All while Gigliello was singing, his daughter’s reaction was the most endearing, as she looked on to her father deliver his performance with a proud look on her face.

Initially posted on Facebook, the post was viewed over 667,000 times since it was posted. It was shared more than 7000 times. The video had since been shared on various other social media outlets like Twitter.

Many people were praising Gigliello in the comments, saying how talented he was and how amazing he sounded.

One of the comments, written by Leslie DeGoursey Paquette, read, “I knew it would be amazing, so I waited until I plugged [my] phone into my car so I could hear it on the speakers! Sounded incredible. Love how Lyla is watching you.”

Another person wrote about Gigliello’s daughter’s reaction: “your voice is amazing but seeing how your daughter looks at you melts my heart.”

Further down in the comments, Melissa Dawn wrote that she was there when Gigliello was singing at the hotel and said his performance was amazing.

Gigliello responded to the comments on Facebook, saying how thankful he was for all the praise and the support he received.

“Thank you all for your comments. I appreciate them all! We are loving seeing how far this video is going,” he wrote.

One person in the comments pointed out that Gigliello was also a member of the North Stonington Volunteer Fire Company.

Gigliello said that he posted more videos of him performing and singing on his social media. He is a trained vocalist who had been singing since he was 15, according to KFOX14. He has a degree in voice performance from the Boston Conservatory. On his Facebook Page, he posted the songs he sang during his senior recital at the Conservatory.
