The teaching of traditional styles of architecture has fallen by the wayside in recent decades in the face of more modern designs. But levelling up Secretary Micheal Gove is supporting attempts to reconnect to these hundreds of years of knowledge and skills. NTD spoke to the architect behind the idea, who’s wishing to form a new “School of Place.”
