An Adelaide man charged with deliberately lighting bushfires on a day of dangerous conditions has been granted bail.
The 31-year-old, who cannot be named, faced the South Australian Supreme Court by video-link on Jan. 15 charged with deliberately starting two bushfires at Aldinga Beach in December.
His lawyer argued he was facing the prospect of months behind bars but there was not enough evidence to link him to the crime.
Justice Greg Parker granted him bail ahead of his next court appearance in October.
