A new national poll shows fewer voters in the United States identify themselves as “liberal,” according to research by Morning Consult, regarding 8 million voters since 2017. The “liberal” category of the electorate dropped 7 percent over the last five years to 27 percent now. Hispanics are largely driving the shift.
