Airline Passenger Complaints Triple in August

The U.S. department of transportation saw a spike in airline complaints in August, following the summer months marked by flight cancellations and delays.

The department’s data show that it received more than 7,000 complaints from fliers, 320 percent more than it received before the pandemic.
