Alaska Airlines received top honors in an airline quality survey. It ranked top in not losing baggage and sticking to schedules, among other criteria. The survey also looked at which airlines received the fewest complaints.

Delta Airlines came in second despite its recent problems. In the last few days Delta canceled over 3,000 flights. The multi-day cancellations resulted from a storm in Atlanta.

Taking the last two spots were Frontier Airlines and Spirit Airlines, respectively, two budget carriers.
