Ten days of nonstop rain caused flooding across all of Argentina April 3 and April 4.

Whole towns were left underwater as rivers overflowed, driving people from their homes.

Some 2,000 homes were destroyed in the southern province of Chubut.

The city of Santa Rosa in central La Pampa Province was flooded block after block.

In the north the Marapa River burst its banks, completely covering the town of Lamadrid.

Meteorologists expect the rain to continue.
