Amazing couple who fostered over 52 children in the last decade, now adopts five siblings to avoid their separation!
This husband and wife has set a perfect example for the rest of us. The way they came forward to adopt these adorable siblings shows their inner courage and compassionate bearing, indeed!

Brenda and Curt Heuer, from Arizona, have fostered over 52 children in the last decade. On November 19, 2016, this couple adopted five children, all from one family, purely in order to avoid them to split to different parents from the foster home.

They have been looking after and providing for these kids since 2015, it seems like this family was only waiting to get the official papers to be formally declared as their parents.

“They call us mom and dad,” said Brenda.

“We’re such a family, we go camping together, and we’re going to take them to Disneyland for their adoption celebration.”

Brenda’s parents used to take care of foster kids during her younger days. This impressed her very much and after getting married to Curt Heuer they started taking care of children until they were adopted in the loving care of some family.
The siblings, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 9 years old are in total love with their new family, and their new parents are equally strong in becoming good parents to these kids.
“These kids mean a lot to us,” said Brenda. “We have such good times together and we are doing everything we can to be good parents. We couldn’t wait to welcome them into our home — officially!”

This couple formally signed the adoption papers on the National Adoption Day. It is estimated that here are more than a million children in the U.S. who are waiting to be adopted. National Adoption Day Campaign promotes adoption of children and aims at creating mass awareness on this amazing issue.
“It’s our job as parents to teach our kids right from wrong and how to be good citizens! Everything feels right,” added Brenda.
This simply real-life story, reminds us that if we have the means and heart to adopt these little souls, we should come up without any hesitation — eventually its kids who will “inherit” our beautiful blue planet. So let us provide our younger generation with the upright parental guidance!
