Ambassador Haley vows to stop chemical weapons in Syria

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N.  Nikki Haley addressed U.S. Embassy staff in Ankara, Turkey.

She told them that the United States was taking the lead in Syria. No longer would chemical weapons be tolerated in Syria, she said.

Huge numbers of Syrian refugees flee across the border to Turkey.

Haley is on a two-day trip to see the refugees’ situation firsthand.

It is her first overseas trip since taking office.
