America’s Failing Report Card

The nation’s report card has shown the lowest scores in decades: Math scores have seen the largest decrease ever, and reading scores have been at their lowest since 1992. But there is one outlier—Catholic schools seem to have outperformed their public counterparts. NTD spoke to Corey DeAngelis, a senior fellow at the American Federation for Children, for his perspective.
