Analyst: Russia-Ukraine Safe Corridor Agreement to ‘Spare Some Human Lives’

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has claimed the lives of at least 227 civilians. That number comes from what the U.N. Human Rights Office recorded. NTD spoke with Russia scholar, author, and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University, David Satter. He gives his perspective on issues like the sacrifices Americans may need to make, the impact of sanctions, and the outcome of recent negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
