Analyst: Russia-Ukraine Safe Corridor Agreement to ‘Spare Some Human Lives’

NTD spoke with Russia scholar, author, and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University, David Satter. He gives his perspective on issues like the sacrifices Americans may need to make, the impact of sanctions, and the outcome of recent negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
