Four activists from Animal Rebellion, an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion, climbed a government building in London early Tuesday morning. They say they plan to stay on the side of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs building until the prime minister agrees to urge world leaders at COP26 to end animal farming subsidies.
