Antonio Brown, who has once again become a student after re-enrolling at Central Michigan University, took to Twitter over the weekend to ask for help with one of his latest school assignments. His poorly crafted inquiry, however, suggest that the former New England Patriot receiver still has a long way to go before acing his English class.
The seven-time Pro-Bowler sent out a plea on Twitter on the morning of Sept. 29, asking followers to proofread his English paper which was due that night. “My English paper do [sic] by tonight 12am need a prof reader make sure As and Bs #Eng303,” he wrote.

The reactions towards Brown’s single sentence-long tweet that contains two misspellings and a slew of other grammatical errors were mixed. While some followers genuinely offered help, many others found the tweet hilarious and tried to make the most fun out of it at Brown’s expense.
“Considering you spelled due wrong I’m not sure it’s gonna end up too well for ya,” one person replied on Twitter.
“My English paper is due tonight by 12 am. I need a proof reader to check my A’s and B’s, please #Eng101” replied another person, correcting the errors and replacing the tag to suggest Brown should start with the basic classes before taking the advanced ones.

Another comment joked about being willing to edit Brown’s paper for $30 million guaranteed, which is the amount of money the Oakland Raiders reportedly offered Brown this March as a part of his three-year contract.
I’ll do it for $30M guaranteed

Brown announced he “will not be playing in the NFL” on Twitter on Sept. 22, after being released by the Oakland Raiders and then dismissed by the New England Patriots amid sexual assault allegations. The day following the retire announcement, the 31-year old shared a photo of his CMU online course schedule on Instagram, revealing that he will be taking Introduction to Management, Technical Writing, and two electives.
Will not be playing in the @NFL anymore these owners can cancel deals do whatever they want at anytime we will see if the @NFLPA hold them accountable sad they can just void guarantees anytime going on 40m 2 months will see if they pay up !

Brown never graduated before leaving CMU in 2009 to pursue a career in the NFL. During his days playing for CMU, Brown met Britney Taylor, a former personal trainer who accused him of sexually assaulting her on three occasions in 2017 and 2018.
Two weeks ago, Brown was named in a civil lawsuit in the Southern District of Florida. It was reported by ESPN that Brown had turned down a settlement that would have involved him paying Britney $2 million. Brown has denied all allegations and has maintained his innocence throughout the investigation.
