Are We Going to Be Fit to Take on China? Former British PM on UK and US Economic, Social Policies

Former British Prime Minister Liz Truss delivered the 2023 Margaret Thatcher Freedom lecture on Wednesday at The Heritage Foundation, to honour the principles, ideals, vision, and legacy of Lady Thatcher. Truss criticized the economic and social policies in UK and the United States and expressed her concern that under the current low growing economy, both countries are not prepared enough for aggression from China.
