Yuma, Arizona is a city located along the southwest border and that’s seen a 170 percent increase in illegal immigration over the past year.

Mayor Douglas J. Nicholls calls on congress to update immigration laws that have been on the books since the 1980s and calls on the Biden administration to send a stronger public message to discourage economic migrants from showing up at the border.
