The Head of the international Atomic Energy Agency visited Chernobyl nuclear plant and said there was visible damage there. The agency says it will help Ukraine to repair the damage and restore other nuclear plants in the country. Ukraine said Russian missiles flew over the country’s three nuclear plants on Tuesday.
