Attorney: Non-Violent Jan. 6 Defendant Expected to be Charged With Felony

A non-violent protester that visited the Capitol on Jan. 6 last year is expected to be charged with a felony. The defendant is being represented by Alan Dershowitz, who is an attorney and Harvard law professor emeritus.
