A non-violent protester that visited the Capitol on Jan. 6 last year is expected to be charged with a felony. The defendant is being represented by Alan Dershowitz, who is an attorney and Harvard law professor emeritus. Dershowitz raises the concern that prosecutors are charging many people there who may have broken the law with the same obstruction of congress charge—even if they were non-violent or may have just been trespassing. Dershowitz gives us the details of the case.
