Avocado Boats Ingredients:

Ripe avocados, halved and pitted

 

  1. BLT avocado boat:

 

shredded lettuce, bacon pieces, diced tomato, black pepper, salt, mayonnaise

 

 

  1. Cheddar egg avocado boat:

 

cheddar cheese, egg

add salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with scallion

 

Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes

 

 

  1. Tuna salad avocado boat:

 

shredded lettuce, tuna, walnuts, dried cranberries

 

 

  1. Goat cheese fruit salad avocado boat:

 

diced strawberries, diced mango, goat cheese
