These Humboldt penguins are less than a week old. They were born to penguins in the colony at the London Zoo.

Their parents were unable to care for them, so zoo staff keeps them in this special incubation room, where they are hand-fed and personally cared for.

In 10 weeks they will be old enough to join the rest of the colony.
