Bacon Egg Cups

Ingredients:

●White bread 3

●Bacon 6

●Mozzarella cheese

●Eggs 6

●Orange bell pepper

●Yellow bell pepper

●Zucchini

●Butter

 


Directions:

  • 1. Butter the muffin pan
  • 2. Using a round-shaped cup or cookie cutter, cut into slices of bread to get round-shaped bread pieces
  • 3. Using the muffin pan, line the inside of each hole with a piece of bacon
  • 4. Then, place the round piece of bread, mozzarella cheese, egg, bell pepper(or zucchini)—in that order—into every hole of the muffin pan
  • 5. Slide the muffin pan into the oven and bake at 400F/200C for 15 minutes
