Auditors in Maricopa County, Arizona, finished their third count of the ballots. Now, they’re going to shift to drafting up a report on the results.
The Department of Justice noted that audits that are either complete or in progress are unusual and exceedingly rare. It noted federal law that imposes constraints on when audits can take place.
