Ballot Restrictions Favor 2-Party ‘Duopoly,’ Says RFK Jr.

With presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential campaign in full swing, he’s calling ballot access laws that make it difficult for third-party candidates to appear on ballots a form of voter suppression.

There is also speculation that Mr. Kennedy will have to announce a running mate on Jan. 3 to satisfy some of those deadlines, with different states stipulating different requirements and timescales.

NTD spoke to Jeff Louderback, national reporter at The Epoch Times, for his take on the challenges facing RFK Jr.’s candidacy.
