Beijing Intervenes in Taiwan-Germany Vaccine Deal

A deal for Taiwan to buy 5 million doses of a CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus vaccine from Germany is now on hold. Taiwan’s Minister of Health and Welfare Chen Shih-chung says Taiwanese officials were on the verge of announcing the deal in December when German company BioNTech pulled the plug. He suggests it’s due to pressure from Beijing.
