The unique experience of a virus patient in China triggered heated discussion on Chinese social media sites.

A migrant worker in Beijing tested positive for the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus. The 44-year-old man, surnamed Yue, became infected while searching for his missing son.

The authorities published a map on Thursday, marking his recent whereabouts, showing he had been to more than 20 sites for work over 18 days. For example, after working a night shift in one community, he went to work at a trash station the next morning, without stopping to rest.

His story provoked sympathy on social media, drawing attention to the hardships migrant workers face in China’s big cities.
