Beijing is trying to block an American company from performing shows in Mexico.
The art troupe is called Shen Yun, a premier classical Chinese dance and music company. Shen Yun says its mission is to revive the 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture through art. It’s based in New York and tours around the world every year.
But the Chinese regime is urging three Mexican cities to cancel the performance there.
