Now we look at the Biden administration’s impact on families in the U.S. and abroad. Domestically, Senate Democrats are urging President Joe Biden to reinstate his expanded child tax credit that expired at the end of last year. They say it could bring down child poverty by over 40-percent and reduce hunger among families with children by about 25-percent. But research director, Rebecca Oas, at the Center for Family and Human Rights argues that some of Biden’s policies are hurting families internationally. She says Biden’s decision to support pro-abortion groups as opposed to faith-based groups has dealt a blow to the health of women and children in foreign countries.
