Biden May Make Roe v. Wade Federal Law

A statement from the White House read that the President and Vice-President are “committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.”

Biden is seen by some, to be one of the most abortion-protective Presidents in our history. Abortion related policies have largely been rescinded and reinstated along party lines.

Before leaving office, President Trump issued Jan. 22, 2021, as National Sanctity of Human Life Day—a tradition upheld by pro-life Presidents.

Trump called Roe v. Wade a “constitutionally flawed ruling” that “resulted in the loss of more than 50 million innocent lives.” Trump called every life a gift to the world, and said “every person is made in the holy image of God.”
