President Joe Biden met with Senate Democrats Tuesday to push for his nearly $2 trillion relief package. The call was private, but The Hill says Biden told Senate Democrats they need to unite and focus on getting the bill passed. The Senate is split 50-50, so Biden and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) will need every member of the Senate Democratic Caucus on board. (Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Angus King (I-Maine) are independents, but they are in this caucus.)
