Biden Plans to Double Size of IRS, Catch Tax Evasion

President Joe Biden is planning to double the size of the IRS as part of his efforts to unearth tax evasion. The IRS commissioner says uncollected taxes could total up to $1 trillion each year. Biden is also proposing to raise tax rates—and several top officials could be hit if that bill becomes law.
