President Joe Biden has withdrawn his nomination of David Chipman to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) after he drew criticism as an advocate of gun control. While Biden defended the nominee, some GOP lawmakers are saying the withdrawal is a win for the Constitution and a loss for Biden.
