Biden, Putin Agreed ‘In Principle’ to Summit

World leaders are making another diplomatic push in the hope of preventing a Russian invasion of Ukraine. The French president says U.S. and Russian leaders had “accepted the principle of a summit between them.” This as heavy shelling continues in Ukraine’s east, and the Kremlin considers recognizing the independence of the separatist regions there. The UK defense secretary said there’s strong concern Putin will still invade Ukraine.
