Biden Says He Would Form Commission to Reform SCOTUS

Former Vice-President Joe Biden told CBS News’ “60 Minutes” that if elected president, he would create a bipartisan committee to look into reforming the Supreme Court. The committee would provide recommendations within 180 days.

Again, Biden did not indicate whether he was for or against expanding the court, but did say there are “a number of other things” debated by scholars. According to him, the committee will consider, quote “how to reform the court system because it’s getting out of whack, the way in which it’s being handled.”
