Biden Signs Funding Bill, Avoids Shutdown

President Joe Biden on Friday signed into law a government-funding extension. It’s Congress’s second temporary fix and averts a government shutdown only until February. Congress needs to pass a full year funding bill to end the government shutdown saga, and Biden urged the lawmakers to do so.
