President Joe Biden on Friday divided up frozen Afghanistan funds—half of the money will to families who were victims of the 9/11 attack. The other half to the Afghan people.
This as the president is now rejecting claims by top military officials that his administration acted too slowly to evacuate troops and civilians during the draw-down that killed 13 marines last August.
