Biden to ‘Transition’ Away From Oil

One of the big moments of the debate came right at the end when Biden said he would transition away from oil. He says he wants to reduce pollution. Trump called it a big statement and told voters in oil-rich states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Texas to take note.

We talked to Jason Issac about the former vice president’s comments. He’s the director of Life: Powered at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. We asked him if Joe Biden has a point about oil causing pollution in America.
