The Biden administration announced it will wipe out $1.2 billion in federal student loans for 153,000 borrowers. Bart Marcois, a former Department of Energy official and former presidential campaign policy adviser, says President Joe Biden is trying to buy votes with student loan forgiveness and that it’s unfair to blue-collar workers who didn’t go to college.
